The directions were terrible, the tech support was not helpful and overall it was a terrible experience -- and expensive

Signal strength is Wi-Fi dependent and never called tech support.

Don't bother with their tech support, according to them there is no cloud service and once it is on your wifi it just works.

I just took out a start because does not have a brochure to explain how to use the application on the phone , I called rain bird, by the way , great tech support and friendly,

Based on the negative reviewer’s experiences with the Rainbird app, I assume that Rainbird has made a lot of quality improvements since they wrote their reviews
