Fixed 5 chips on three cars and all repairs look great

I saw this product and decided to give it a shot since the professional repair would have been much more expensive

I have used other repair kits for star-chips that worked great

Also the pagination of the instructions is somewhat odd.-Kit cannot guarantee a perfect repair for any kind of breakage.

If you want a decent windshield repair, I would recommend spending the extra $20 dollars at your local windshield repair tent.

No effect on minor chip damage and now professional repair is impossible due to the applied resin

Unfortunately, the repair didn't work on my crack/chipped area but worked decently well on the little bulls-eye chip

Unless they are in your line of sight or spider web, insurance companies favor repair to replace.

While the repair isn't invisible, it is nearly so; saved me from replacing the entire windshield (just be sure to follow the directions to the letter!)

this stuff is great repaired a small chip in my windshield for ten dollars.

My crack may have been a bit much to get a good repair, but this did a perfect job of smoothly sealing up the crack against weathering and it performed without a problem all winter.

Unfortunately the repair only filled the pit and not the cracks even though i used a heat gun as suggested in the instructions so the pit/star is still quite visible

If you follow the instructions, you should get a satisfactory repair but don't expect it to look like new.

I have had much better results over the cheap windshield repairs.

By far the least effective repair kit I have ever used

The repair is about 95% successful and some small degree (shallow) ends of stretched crack are visible from very close inspection or inside with sun glare

Not a seamless repair because you can still see it, but hopefully it keeps it from cracking further.

The repair has now worked for 4 months and no further travel has occurred in the cracks

Followed the directions closely and the repairs looks great, I have done two separate repairs so far and still some left in the bottle.

If you plan to buy this make sure that you have some time, day light, sun and/or blue light to cure the repair otherwise this will not work

I don't recommend any of these kind of cheap windshield repairs.

And MOST IMPORTANT, this type of kit is only single stage (pressure only), it can force air into cracks and trap it there, which leads to both visual impairment and a weaker repair.

Repair looks like covered up scratches, but clear

The key is to make repair immediately after damage before it worsens or gets dirt or water inside glass.

This repair kit is easy to use and the results are just as good as when you went to a garage for a windshield repair

Disappointing as I have 3 windshields that need repair.

Worked just as well as when I paid a company to come to my house and do the repair for $120
