RAM X-Grip Phone Mount with RAM Twist-Lock Suction Cup

    • The metal and hard plastic components will provide decades of use
    • No cheap plastic junk.2
    • It still has a bit of wiggle room before it's maxed out while covered in an Otterbox Defender (rubber and plastic) case
    • I messed around with not so cheap plastic mounts only to get shaking and breakage.
    • Some mounts use a sticky plastic cup, this one uses a standard "smooth" plastic cup
    • Sure it costs about $15 - 20 more than the cheap plastic mounts that break after a couple of hiking trips
    • If you are fed up with flimsy, brittle plastic junk phone holders, this one will not disappoint
    • No more plastic junk for me,
    • Very solid heavy duty plastic
    • They are a combination of cast aluminum and hard (though not brittle) plastics along with rubber where needed to adhere to surfaces and/or grip devices
    • Not sure who wouldn't want the tips and just some hollow plastic tips
    • Mount on glossy smooth plastic or glass.
    • Some mounts use a sticky plastic cup, this one uses a standard "smooth" plastic cup
    • I will never buy one of those cheap plastic ones that constantly pop off the windshield again
    • Not the cheap plastic, wiggle around on the windshield Holder
    • The plastic degraded a few months after purchase
    • I've tried cheaper plastic devices and they don't hold sturdy enough or just don't last
    • The plastic inside the suction lock simply broke.
    • All the others are just cheap pieces of worthless plastic compared to this one - I know I have bought (and destroyed) them all except this one.
    • While this look rather industrial, it works exactly as you would expect it to.
    • Ram always makes great products and works exactly as it should.
    • n’t had one issue with it
    • n’t feel great when you are driving and it falls to smack you in the knee
