I can place this holder absolutely anywhere in the vehicle, and and despite the rough terrain the holder stays put keeping my cell phone secure

The suction is powerful, it even has a rubber band type attachment so when you have to go through rough terrain (I wheel with my Jeep) it stays put!!

Held my oversized Galaxy phones snugly while driving over bumpy terrain in my Jeep Wrangler.

I have no concerns at all with the stability of this mount while driving on rough terrain.
