Very ergonomic.- Adjustable scroll wheel.- Side buttons are clicky (just how I like them).- Modular DPI clutch.- Sexy Chroma lighting
I had a Logitech MX Master, and compared to that:+adjustable DPI, on the mouse, via a rocker button, that's pretty handy actually+'clutch' to release that DPI setting, so the mouse goes nice and slow for detailed work- the Logitech has a nice free spinning wheel for fast scrolling up and down a browser page.- Logitech has slightly better ergonomics for my big hand
I was worried that the adjustable scroll wheel would make it feel cheap or rattle but fortunately, it doesn't
He likes the grip, the backlit logo which complements his keyboard and he likes the adjustable scrolling.
design-Button placement-Nice RGB-Adjustable scroll wheel resistance-ComfortableCons-Color profiles do not work unless Razer software is running.
The mechanical buttons are very tactile in their mechanism and always give a great feed back for a good sounding click, the sensor is very good and I can't even get it to spin out and lose itself when I swipe the mouse across.
The sensor is excellent, almost all high end mice now have flawless sensors
One might think this indicates some amount of sensor jitter, but in game performance and analysis has deemed this sensor terrific and consistent
I'm a long time user of Razer, Roccat, and Logitech and I always seem to rebound to Razer that can maintain perfect sensor accuracy and durability for years
Definitely has a great sensor as Razers most current mouse.

This is an excellent FPS gaming mouse, comparable to, but a little bigger than , a Logitech G502
The Basilisk is a great gaming mouse and I'd highly recommend it to others.
I can say this is by far my favorite gaming mouse to use for gaming and causal use
Pros:-Dpi clutch-Fully customization on the buttons that literally allow you to do anything with the mouse-16000 dpi 5G sensor-RGB lighting-Compatible with Razer synapse for all other customization needs-Tension for the scroll wheel is adjustable, not as much as the free wheeling on something like the G903 but regardless a nice touchCons:-Mouse is a little on the heavy side

It has a nice weight, and the adjustable resistance is a nice feature

I don't adjust my DPI much, but if you are the type of gamer that frequently changes DPI depending on which game you are playing, the paddles seem like they would be a nice feature.
Another nice feature is that it will sync with the Philips hue system
I experimented with changing the DPI on the fly, which is a nice feature, but not something I noticed too much in the type of game I play
It’s comfortable, sleek design, lights are nice and bright (but you can change the brightness if it’s too much), and the cord is braided which is a nice feature of wired Razer products
I've used over 20 mice including the top G-Pro, SteelSeries Rival series, DeathAdder Elite, Zowie, you name it

I really like the thumb switch, buttons feel good, not to loud
Also the DPI and other properties are easily adjustable
I had never purchased a Razer mouse before because I didn't like the designs
I really like the thumb switch, buttons feel good, not to loud
The mouse is comfortable to hold in your hand, the design is sleek, and there is a rubberized grip on the side to keep your hand securely on it
Its a very comfortable and ergonomic design and fits my hand perfectly, I'm not having to look down to see where the buttons are like with some other mice.

It has a nice weight, and the adjustable resistance is a nice feature
Great mouse, I like the ergonomics of it, the clutch is cool, the resistance setting for the scroll wheel is really nice.
The adjustable resistance wheel is easy to use, and allows you to customize your roll, whether that be stiff shifting or a smooth
Love the middle button resistance, being high resistance for gaming and low for web-surfingStill getting used to the sniper buttonThe school WiFi blocked the download for Razer Synapse 3, so I can't really change anything, so for now, plug & play.
I didn't think I would really care much about the adjustable resistance on the scroll
No unnecessary buttons on the side that I accidentally click
The buttons are very responsive and crisp in a Razer fashion.
The two extra buttons are very nice and easy to access, and the thumb paddle is great for push-to-talk or any other useful on the fly button you may want to use
I really like the thumb switch, buttons feel good, not to loud
The buttons are very responsive and very nice, and I love the sensitivity adjustment on the scroll wheel
I really like the thumb switch, buttons feel good, not to loud
And the software itself is buggy, frequently resetting all the preferences, or failing to work at all after an upgrade (poorly timed upgrades too)
The response time on the mouse & great, and I don't have any trouble building roller
So far, the app has crashed multiple times just trying to use its core functionality, the sensitivity buttons on the top have stopped working and it's forgotten about my profile until I rebooted, and the color scheme has a mind of its own
It has hard crashed about 20 times within the first week of owning this mouse, often mid-game
