It has a very fast reaction time.

It has crashed my computer many times

It crashes itself all the time it screws up my profiles and keybindings and is the worst

I've died many times due to this problem

So far, the app has crashed multiple times just trying to use its core functionality, the sensitivity buttons on the top have stopped working and it's forgotten about my profile until I rebooted, and the color scheme has a mind of its own

And the software itself is buggy, frequently resetting all the preferences, or failing to work at all after an upgrade (poorly timed upgrades too)

The response time on the mouse & great, and I don't have any trouble building roller

It has hard crashed about 20 times within the first week of owning this mouse, often mid-game

I really like the thumb switch, buttons feel good, not to loud
