Reviews around wrist rest (4.64 of 5)

  • The wrist rest is super comfortable and I use it for my job as well.
  • The keyboard itself is very high quality and the wrist rest is very comfortable
  • However the wrist rest is awkward and not as firm as the ornata which Is probably the only con for me.
  • The wrist rest is AWESOME so comfortable for typing for hours on end
  • The wrist rest is meh after a while and you'd problem be better buying a quality one from a third party.

Reviews around rgb (4.59 of 5)

  • The rgb is great and changes with my mouse which really suprised me
  • It’s amazing, I love the mechanical keys and the RGB is crazy fun
  • The RGB is a little dimmer than I would have hoped, but is still plenty bright and customizable
  • The rgb could be brighter, but that is just personal preference.
  • If you love RGB and green clicky switches, this ones for you

Reviews around response (4.59 of 5)

  • , the Logitech was too busy and flaky, and the membrane keyboard, no matter how hard they try to emulate, lack the click and response.
  • It has good response in games and the feel of the pressure of the keys is great
  • Amazing response time with the keys and great RGB for aesthetics
  • I must say that the response is really great, noticeably so.
  • so I can type up papers or forum posts without feeling like I'm on a typewriter but also provided a good solid response when you hit a key

Reviews around gaming (4.44 of 5)

  • Oh, this keyboard freezes as if there is a key being held down, I'm not able to type, until I move the volume, then it will work again.
  • Good gaming keyboard, love the customizable lightings and ammmmaaziiinggg wrist rest
  • A great gaming keyboard from an amazing peripheral company
  • This is the first gaming keyboard where my hand and fingers cramp up after only a few minutes of gaming
  • And full size keyboard will fit my work and gaming purpose

Reviews around feel (4.38 of 5)

  • When they keyboard works as intended, the feel is amazing
  • I like the more clicky feel of the huntsman keys, and the under glow of the rgb on the wrist rest
  • To be concise, I like that it is made by Razer, is pretty flashy, and how the keys feel when I typing
  • My wife doesn't like the tactile feel and louder
  • It has good response in games and the feel of the pressure of the keys is great

Reviews around build (4.35 of 5)

  • The build feels flimsy and cheap, the cable is thin and bends too easily, the hard plastic finish feels grimy, theres no macro buttons on the left side of keyboard, the keys are not the same green switches
  • Solid metal frame with good build quality, keys are satisfying to
  • The stabilizers on larger keys like space are good too, feels less mushy than the Cherry equivalents.-Overall pretty nice build quality with the metal top and decent weight to the board.-Media keys are good, especially the side adjustable volume knob
  • Blackwidow Elite ReviewGreat keyboard, very response, comftable, and well built
  • The price now and days are a bit cheaper, slimmer build, and better build quality

Reviews around way (4.21 of 5)

  • The way the keys are activated so easily is perfect for fast paced FPS games and for precise mmos and rpgs the keyboard is also perfect for typing it feels effortless and the clicks just makes me want to type more.
  • If there isn't a reasonable way to resolve this issue, I will be force to request a return - this keyboard is defective and unusable as it is
  • Another thing is the volume wheel, it will turn your volume all the way up or down randomly without even touching it
  • He loves the way the keys feel and that you can do so many cool variations of the lights
  • Oh, this keyboard freezes as if there is a key being held down, I'm not able to type, until I move the volume, then it will work again.

Reviews around quality (3.89 of 5)

  • It's very useful and helpful to not have to deal with the sound issues and be able to talk again without loosing the quality of being able to reactively game in competitive situations or needing to own multiple keyboards.
  • Otherwise the throughput sound port it offers kills sound quality, unfortunately, and the controls to music don't always work (because the razer synapse is having bugs right now, but if we can't use it without the synapse
  • The keyboard looks and feels of good quality, the keys are not so silent as we were expecting since it has the orange switches
  • While I was not expecting to have the build quality on the same level as the more expensive versions, it felt closer to what I would expect out of a $40-50 keyboard
  • Nice build quality, keys feel nice, and the cables are good

Reviews around color (3.70 of 5)

  • I love this keyboard, the colors are bright and the available effects are awesome
  • I just want either a static color or no color, but this does not seem to be possible (please correct me if I'm wrong) and the default is to have it cycle through colors
  • Orange switches feel great, colors are bright, works as expected
  • This means that in any color scheme requiring the color blue the light is either off-color or just dead
  • But, the colors are so bright and it’s definitely clicky

Reviews around light (3.62 of 5)

  • The lighting behind the keys is bright but not annoying
  • The greatest keyboard I’ve ever used, the slick black design feels great on my finger tips, and the lighting isn’t that bad
  • The only reason its not 5 stars is how dim the lighting is
  • I love the keyboard and LED lighting, it's fast and accurate...wish more parts could be replaced!
  • The keys are nice and responsive, and there are some decent lighting options available (though you have to download Razer Synapse to customize your lighting).I did find that the volume knob was really bad for a keyboard at this price

Reviews around product (3.61 of 5)

  • I love this product and will continue Using razer products.
  • First mechanical keyboard for my self, love the light, and the clicky feel, good product .
  • Right off the bat this particular product is really loud as expected for something with a green switch
  • Overall this is a great product and it is a good keyboard just be aware that it is not quiet.
  • Razer should take a key play from Logitech and allow cross-platform usage of their products in full (i.e. Chroma) without limiting the product to a specific OS or limiting to what feels like a specific key mapping

  • I feel the linear yellow switches are just right for me
  • Pros:I got the linear yellow switches and they feel great
  • and they are nowhere near as loud as the green switches
  • The Razer Green switches are pretty loud when bottoming out
  • I bought the orange switches for the tactile but silent

Reviews around sound (3.18 of 5)

  • and I love the changing colors and the "click" sound of the keys!
  • Approximately 80% of the switches on my board give off an obnoxious metallic ringing sound that vibrates and resonates long after the key has been pressed
  • This keyboard just ain't itCons:-I can hear the springs very audibly, very annoying spring sound when you press on the keys sometimes
  • For gaming I think it's very nice, the sound of the keys are really nice
  • The keys are clicky and really satisfying but not obnoxious sounding

  • I left a video playing the spring noise in action when I repeatedly press the 'd' key.
  • Overall v happy with it
  • Now my razer device is not working correctly, still under factory warranty and they want me to record a video of my device not working correctly.

Reviews around rebind noise (2.54 of 5)

  • Even for me as a gamer, I think the rebound noise is excessive
  • a 5/5.I have a 4/5 for gaming, because when you game you tend to repeatedly press the same button over and over and with this rebound noise it becomes annoying really quick
  • Because of the rebound noise of the keys slamming up into their reset position, i have to get rid of it
  • good i like
  • I hope you like it as much as I like mine and thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Reviews around plastic (2.40 of 5)

  • I hope you like it as much as I like mine and thanks for taking the time to read my review.
  • Cheap keycap plastic, cheap switches, cheap switch components
  • The wrist wrest is also hard plastic, which is common enough in gaming keyboards, but several other brands at this price point will at least give you a cushioned one
  • Oh, this keyboard freezes as if there is a key being held down, I'm not able to type, until I move the volume, then it will work again.
  • I'm happy with this keyboard it fits perfectly on my hand, its not feeling cheap plastic like a lot of keyboards!

Reviews around bite (2.35 of 5)

  • The very first bit of moisture that touched it has messed it up, permanently, forever.
  • The price now and days are a bit cheaper, slimmer build, and better build quality
  • Simply not at all pleased that the slightest bit of a spill can make it useless
  • For me I wanted a little bit a noise without being fully clicky, and these switches satisfy that need
  • At this point I have a fair bit of experience with Razer equipment and have to say that they are a class act.

Reviews around time (2.23 of 5)

  • Hoping this will last me a good long time and I will update the review if needed down the road.
  • Amazing response time with the keys and great RGB for aesthetics
  • I hope you like it as much as I like mine and thanks for taking the time to read my review.
  • Since I can just buy this one back anytime as the price is NOT LIMITED TIME.UPDATE 2: Welp, my "Limited Time" Price of $139.99, from just 10 days ago just went to $99.99 today (2019-12-02).
  • So I wonder, did they put "Limited Time Price" on a price that they KNEW they were going to lower by about 30%, just so they can trick as many people as possible into buying it at the higher price?

Reviews around spacebar (2.23 of 5)

  • (And no, it isn't the tactile click that's artificially added to many mechanical keyboards to the point of sounding like a manual typewriter; this is just the key bottoming out super loudly.)Furthermore, the brightness of the illuminated letters on the keys isn't *bad*, but it certainly isn't anywhere near as good as it could or should be
  • The per-key RGB works well, the spacebar is slightly crooked but that is probably from changing out the caps and having to put back the factory caps
  • The spacebar is partcularly loud and the springs in the switches reverb A LOT.On top of the fact that there is no tactile actuation, at all
  • It cannot be overstated how important a spacebar is and when it stops working well, your productivity, gaming, etc all suffers horribly.

  • This keyboard just ain't itCons:-I can hear the springs very audibly, very annoying spring sound when you press on the keys sometimes
  • Audible spring crunch and spring whine when in use
  • If you are a person, who lifts the finger quickly off of a button, after it is pressed, then you will run into the annoying spring bouncing sound

Reviews around ping (1.95 of 5)

  • good i like
  • The only thing I dislike about this keyboard is the CRINGY, INSUFFERABLE key ping
  • The major problem:This board has the worst switch spring resonance “ping” I have ever experienced on a mechanical keyboard
  • For what this costs, I am annoyed this keyboard has such severe key ping.
