Razer computers might have the latest and greatest components but finished product and customer support are beyond awful.

Razer advertises their game bundles all over their website and ads, but the bundles are apparently only available if you buy from razerstore.com, although you wouldn't know it without reading a bunch of fine print or contacting customer support
