Once rebooted, the system was suddenly idle

, 32gb ram, etc., great system, crap mouse.

Task manager again showed the rogue process grabbing the system, and the network spikes constantly generating like a barrage of bullets desecrating and degrading my system

So something possibly hardware related, was polling this process at a constant rate, causing the entire system to become virtually unusable

the ONLY WAY to get rid of this annoying side click is to download and use Razer's personal crappy driver system "Razer synapse" which would be fine if it didnt screw with my audio

no constant process hanging up the system, no spiking on the network interface causing traffic, everything was idle
