If I am sitting for a very long time it may get a bit uncomfortable, but overall for the price I think it is an excellent purchase.
I had have this chair for multiple months though and am still happy with the padding, so additional purchase so far.

Purchased this chair AFTER test driving at local Office Max to ensure ergonomics fits me, and I have to say, this chair is super comfortable with just enough adjustments for my lumbar, tilt, seat height, and arm rest height.
The adjustments work well but they're not relevant to the problem.
Back height adjustment, chair height adjustment, arm rest height adjustment, back inclination adjustment, loose rocking adjustment(or locked) and of course rolling casters

People who are a lower weight may find the padding to be good.
My only negative for this chair would potentially be the thin padding on the seat.
The seat is very well padded and the adjustability of the chair make this a winner.
If I reach the point where the padding is not enough, then I will just get one of those lawn chair pads or something.
