mph (which I know sounds really really slow) its still a little tough to keep the mouse steady while walking.

The build is sturdy, the functionality is solid and the walking is easy

I have limited space, but it's both small enough to not be in the way of everything, and long enough to feel perfectly secure walking and not concentrating on doing so

I feel very comfortable walking for most of the day, even though I can adjust the desk to sit, if needed

I have an adjustable standing desk and I work long days, so this is a perfect alternative to sitting all day.

It is super hard to get a good step count if you want it in your phone

If counting steps are important to you, that may be tricky, since the Fitbit Ones are discontinued

The treadmill appears to be a nice solid piece of equipment

It goes away quickly, though!It is a sturdy, quiet, heavy piece of equipment, but still easy to move around the room (I need to use two hands).

It is a very sleek, well built piece of equipment, with a simplistic control panel.

The only thing I haven't written about is all the health benefits and there are many.

It is EXTREMELY quiet and smooth running.

As an aside, I combined the Rebel 1000 with a Varidesk, which is also a great product.

Otherwise: awesome product, I didn't have a problem with the packaging, and I've "stuck with it" for good results.

This product is a winner and comes with great company support.

However, the product itself has been reliable and impresses
