This gate was the right height so she couldn't climb it, but the latch was wayyy to easy

My husband and I are both around 6' tall and this gate is at a comfortable height for both of us

This looks good in the doorways and is a good height for big pets

I needed a taller sturdy gate and this works for what I need.

The black color and streamlined design work look nicer in our home than the white one we had previously.

I was also worried about exact measurements when it came to placing the top and bottom hinges, but it is very forgiving in the way they use L shaped bolts to act as the gate hinge.

Second, and this is why my overall rating will be 3 stars, the instructuons state that the distance between the top hole of the bottom hinge, and the bottom hole of the top hinge is 25"

Overall quality is garbage and the only reason I bothered to install the gate is to keep a persistent dog out of the litter box till I find a better one, hopefully before I can't return this one.

My father in law installed for me, we had to use a piece of wood because it wasn’t sturdy in the wall, then after installed still not that great on top of the stairs

Install is not hard if you throw the terrible directions it comes with away and just watch an install video on YouTube

All in all I would recommend this,product for an easy install gate

Gate was fairly simple to install the gate itself is sturdy but the hinge and latch mounts are plastic and seem a little weak time will tell how good they hold up so far no issues been installed for about 3 weeks.

Seems like a sturdy, high-quality product, at a good price.

Please Manufacturer or Distributer, correct these instructions.

only had it 5 months and the cheap plastic gate latch is broken

The locking mechanism is also cheap plastic that breaks easily
