The walk through is great, but we haven’t had to worry about using the lock on it

The walk through gate makes it convenient to use because it can just stay in place.

This gate is the best option out of all available for the weird length of our kitchen walkway

I'm also not a fan of the white color, but the black option was far more expensive at the time of purchase.

But still it is the best option available in the market

Apparently Regalo has decided to change how their gates are made and despite the same model number, my second #1158DS came in much poorer quality than the first

I am extremely disappointed because I have bought several Regalo baby gates before and they worked well, but recently the quality of these products have been very poor

All in all the actually gate itself is of good quality and works for what we need

That being said it works really well and is good quality .

Product serves its purpose with poor material quality - would not recommend at this cost

Love this gate easy to assemble ,sturdy, and the lock is really good great

The sung lock is secured enough so that kids dont fiddle with them

My dogs will most likely never figure out the lock and a toddler would unlikely have the dexterity or finger strength to manage it

Tips-make sure to opt for screw in mount for secure installation.-

I purchased wall protectors which was a smart thing to do.

Apparently my 14 month old has super human strength or this thing is shoddy

It works even better than I could have imagined, the one hand release is well designed, and the gate was easy to install once I figured out that it was designed to need pressure to make it fit.

The product came with only one 4 inch extender and one 12 inch extender and the handle (which is the dumbest design) doesn't function properly
