The product came with only one 4 inch extender and one 12 inch extender and the handle (which is the dumbest design) doesn't function properly

Instead of using a normal design were you mount brackets to the wall and the gate between, this gate uses a terrible constant pressure design in order to keep the gate from utterly falling apart

It works even better than I could have imagined, the one hand release is well designed, and the gate was easy to install once I figured out that it was designed to need pressure to make it fit.

A design so stupid they literally add a sheet of paper saying

This is very worthwhile for safety, ease of use, durability, and tamper-free design that children have not unlocked.

If you have the same problem as do I; expect to either return the gate or wrestle with it to get it to work as designed.

Solid design and isn’t noisy when closing.

So either bad instructions, bad design, or this unit was badly manufactured
