Only thing I dont like is the way it latch and open

For every adult/child that visits, it’s the hardest thing to figure out

The walk-through part operates easily with one hand and the whole thing is quite sturdy

I would recommend the wall nanny things, I have mine on my stairs, I need the wall mount nanny

My real complaint is that the entire gate needs to be lifted up and fitted very particularly over the bottom bar to close it--you cannot just swing it closed and adjust the latch like you can on my other Regalo walk through gate--this means the whole thing wobbles slightly

it works good the only bad thing is people try to step over it instead of open the gate and if you don't mount a little pieces on the wall it will get knocked over

The first one we bought was the old fashioned wooden Evenflo gate with the fold down tension bar.. those things are terrible now compared to the way they used to be designed

This thing was so hard to assemble we, both adults in the household who have years of assembling products behind us, just gave up and purchased something straightforward and simple

We are constantly fixing the damn thing... but it sorta keeps my 15 month old out of the hallway to his siblings room sometimes

This thing is so cheap and useless that you are better off to use a string from wall to wall to keep your child at bay
