n’t just push it shut and have it click-lock into place like some of the other gates I’ve had (didn’t realize that when I bought this)

Extremely sturdy, and even has locks at the top and bottom for extra support

We love the double lock feature (one on top and one on bottom).The only negative we have found is that the top lock isn’t smooth to open or close

Very easy to put together, locking mechanism, easy to pull up on and open, and it’s an attractive gate while still being very affordable.

Unless you put the things on the wall it's easily pushed over and my kids broke the lock on it in the first day

The lock is nice because they learned how to open it when its not locked

It is sturdy enough to keep them from pushing it over, and the lock is tricky and has a high enough tension that smaller/weaker hands can’t manage it
