Follow the directions and shake up the bottle prior to use.

SOLID.Since I can't shower with "The Rock" to squeeze the bottle for me, I've transferred the soap to a soft bottle

This soap is terrific for killing bacteria (which are the little culprits of body odor) and gives a nice fresh smell rather than the gross b/o smell that never seems to go away with regular body wash
