FYI: I already contact customer support and will try the previous version of Reolink App to see if the "Connection Failed" happens again with Cellphone 3g/4G signal

Reolink's customer support emailed me actual screenshots they took showing me what I was doing wrong (turns out there's a horizontal scroll bar on the main IP Cam menu page that brings up more columns as the page scrolls, one of which is "password" for each cam

Don't bother getting in touch with Reolink customer support if wifi does not test successfully the first time as they are of absolutely no help
