    • Reolink customer support is unapologetic, saying that even a replacement camera will not fix these issues (yeah, I don't get that one either)
    • FYI: I already contact customer support and will try the previous version of Reolink App to see if the "Connection Failed" happens again with Cellphone 3g/4G signal
