Reolink 4MP 1440P Wireless Outdoor Security Camera, 2.4/5Ghz Dual-Band WiFi Home IP Camera with Night Vision, Motion Detection and Waterproof, RLC-410W Not Comes with SD Card

    • No need for an NVR since about 2 weeks worth of video clips are stored on an SD card in each camera which you can pull up on the app and download - and/or you can set the Windows app to stay open in the background and download video clips to your hard drive so you can keep them as long as you want (you can set the amount of GB you want to store and old videos will drop off so you don't run out of disk space).I blocked out bushes and other objects that move in each camera so the motion activation doesn't kick in and cause it to start recording
    • The NVR filled up the internal hard drive and is now recording to the external one
    • Works well with my FTP hard drive without a computer constantly running
    • With the Reolink Client running I can have the motion alerts active and record anything that moves on my hard drive.
    • Setting it up with Blue Iris or iSpy and bunch of other apps including CAM TV on your Apple TV was a breeze, so I can view on the TV anytime or backup the clips to my hard drive
    • Oh, and BTW I hooked up a 4TB hard drive (I bought the cheapest one I could find on Amazon with an eSATA port
    • Their e-mail support staff simply advised disabling the UID value, but I requested they document this UDP conversation for their customers
