The system came with everything needed to install, installation was easy, online app was easy to set-up and use and the quality of images is good

The mobile app on the phone is equally easy to set up, just scan the bar code and your off and running

I emailed customer support and they emailed back suggesting I check a few things like the light on the power supply and different lights on the "black box".

I have not to this day seen a clearer picture from a residential security system

Wow - had bought some cameras in the past and used them with freeware, but this Reolink really pulls things together in a well featured package with great picture quality.

Really disappointed because it is easy to install and picture looks great.

The picture on the NVR of the cameras will occasionally go dark, even though the cameras are still recording (

The setup was extremely easy and the quality of the video is very good

So if your not computer/internet savvy don't worry, just follow the Instructions 1,2,3, setup and your good to go

The setup is also very easy and there is no need to worry about any dynamic dns to access it from the internet with the UID feature

I have used other companies that require a simple, single threaded nut to have the camera swivel on a ball and socket type of setup which would make it a million times easier to aim these cameras instead of the Terrible setup they have now with multiple Allen screws

The color image is very nice; the night vision is great.

The night vision gives such a peace of mind; that was one reason I bought this particular camera system.

Night vision is not the best but sufficient for my needs for home security.

While night vision is not perfect (as expected) there is still a chance to recognize faces

They sent me a completely new NVR and instructed me to either swap the hard drive or swap the unit

so I added a 4TB hard drive to go with the 3TB included and provide more the 7 days of history.

I sincerely regret purchasing this product
