All worked perfectly, except for one who's microphone didn't pick up sound good at all

So I purchased the other Retevis design, which in my opinion, does not have the clarity of these headsets, but they had an extra volume control to boost the sound

These work well with the Retevis walkie talkies, but the walkie talkies don't have a good range.

Also because I work around a lot of noise we are supposed to wear hearing protection and the earpiece is too loose to block out noise.

These are the best quality earpieces I have found for the Baofeng radios

Great earpieces, I use them with the Rt22 radios for security in my church.

It's great to enhance crew communication but the original earpiece is weak.
