I had a few questions and the customer support team responded quickly.

Pros:-excellent customer service (very polite and professional, quickly sent a replacement when I started experiencing problems, quickly refunded my money when the replacement didn't work

Very good customer service.

Yet another reason why vendors really should make every effort possible to get software issues resolved before releasing products, or risk negative reviews and lost customers in the meantime

but the owners manual said 32gb, I e mailed and they responded within 24 hours, very good customer service which is important to me
