It will take about 1/2 hr to 45 min to erase the entire thing because you have to wait for the pages to dry before you flip them and do the next one.
This feels so cheap and unfulfilling for such a pricey basic thing
The thing I like best is the elimination of excessive paper waste (with positive environmental implications).
I can do the same exact thing with a multitude of apps, like CamScanner
The only "annoying" thing is that if you wait until you've gotten to the end of the book to "delete" what you've written, it can take some time to erase all the pages.
Now part of the missing star goes to the "pen and paper experience" - its definitely better than writing notes on a tablet for example, but its not quite authentic.

At first writing with the Frixion pens on the Rocketbook pages seemed a bit strange but over time I started to like it more than writing on regular paper
You will never put a finished piece in here - it uses gel pens on a semi-glossy surface (you can Only use the friXion pens markers and highlighters) so the flow can get a bit uneven
The pages don't exactly feel like paper; they're a bit plastic-like, but it doesn't really bother me
