This product is great for the price, I run a YouTube channel called "MiddleClass Mayhem" and my camera setup is constantly exposed to water, sand, dirt... it gets pretty abused

It is a brilliant product for capturing the everyday sounds of these events

That being said, because of the mic's overall connection issues, including but not limited to a throbbing scratching that pervaded almost every recording, caused by, I suspect, a metal to metal contact with the mic base and the phone itself, the product was unusable, sound quality shortcomings notwithstanding

Wouldn't ever recommend this particular product for someone recording within anything that gives off radio waves aka bluetooth and wifi.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!I film a bunch of reviews and unboxing videos and use this microphone and it captures everything from the mechanical noises my knife makes when opening it or the removal of adhesive from the tape of the product.
