i have nothing but good things to say, well, only 1 thing: when the mic is attached to my cellphone, and the wireless or data (either one) is turned on, the microphone will actually pick up the sound of data being transmitted and received.i actually "returned" because i thought it was picking up some kind of weird noise.
My one complaint is the tiny thing only comes with a *huge* deadcat wind muff, and there do not seem to be options for a small, foam wind muff like I would prefer
The good thing about this microphone is that you don't need to have any kind of power source to use it
You do need to use the fuzzy thing almost all the time because even the slightest winds will kill the quality.
After five minutes of recording a noise like static starts and gets louder over there next five minutes until the only thing you can hear is the noise of static
This mic is not worth $1, since we were never able to get it working with an without crazy static
Flexible Built-in MicYou have to keep in mind that this wireless microphone for iphone is characterized with tiny shotgun as well as it can be directly picked up in front of it
terrible static during filming on Iphone 6swaste of money!
The missing fifth star is due to the fact that they plastic shock mount broke (one arm only, so it still works) as it isn't easy to remove from the mic for storage.
When in the wind it isn't as great as I would hope, however works perfectly with my GH4 and the quality is great
Unfortunately everytime I use this microphone I get crazy feedback

Using the Galaxy S7 Edge, I get a static feedback while recording with or without the windshield

I really don't like to write bad reviews, however this microphone randomly produces terrible hissing feedback when I shoot my videos
Should come bundled with the fluffy wind sock / dead cat
The "dead cat" was very useful and minimized a lot of wind noise during our shoot in downtown DC on a windy day
nice and dead cat / wind sock does work good, it does capture good sound as I tested on my daughters ipod, just wish it would have worked on my camcorder.
The dead cat is superb, and the shock absorber is fantastic.
The wind noise canceling dead cat (more like a dead gerbil) works like a pro.
There was significant hiss recorded with the audio
Now, I know the hissing can be cleared up a bit post production, but I thought It wouldn't be a problem at all
that's pretty good, but has alot of irritating background hiss noise.
Although the sound from the Comica vm10ii mic was good, the hiss was so loud, I had to lower the cameras preamps to extremely so levels so the audio became too low
This MIC is a really good MIC in recording high quality, crisp sound, but sometimes when there is no dialogue, and there is an action that doesn't have much sound, like a door opening and closing, there can be quite a loud hiss in the background
However, in those scenarios I have found that I typically don't need the mic or I am outside and there is enough noise going on that I don't notice the static sounds
Good sound quality, and very high audio gain (sometimes I have to bring down the volume when editing the video), also great noise reduction
Microphone has static noise when recording it's gotten worse over time other than that it's great
Surprisingly good directionality and side/rear noise rejection
I used it in desert wind, hoping to record the wind and not cracking noises
