Looking through Roku's support forums, this seems to be a known issue, with the cord and/or power adapter defective, yet nothing has been done to fix it

Apparently this is a well known issue with Roku products, but Roku provides no customer support

after 3 months of usage , I'm having daily issues if connectivity even though I'm next door to my Wow router .Will have to call Roku , but I hear this is a known issue , very frustrating

It also supports 4K

First of all, the Roku Premiere supports 4K

I recently purchased a new 4K smart TV.

And my final issue is that this is capable of 4K and not having an ethernet port is disappointing.
