Firestick works well and the Alexa option is a nice feature but get occasional lags with the feed and occasionally it freezes when going through the menu - maybe once a week.

My complaints with Roku: the feature to search across your various services and channels doesn't always find what you searched for, or doesn't make it clear that you'll have to pay extra for the content when applicable, until you select the content you want

Why have the hard coded, specific, apps on the remote (I do *not* like that).

Previously had a Roku 2 box, that ran very slow and many apps had glitches that updates couldnt fix

you have to use a smart phone and remote app to do this

I've been using streaming video services through my blu-ray player, but you can't update that either, so the apps are old and it's slow

It is intuitive, easy to use and not cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary apps and the like, unless you choose them
