Roku Streaming Stick+ | HD/4K/HDR Streaming Device with Long-range Wireless and Voice Remote with TV Controls (updated for 2019)

    • Also fun to explore other free channels.
    • + fast, easy to use, stable (no need for frequent reboot), remote controls TV power and volume, has all the apps I want, includes free Roku channel (mostly older content)- Amazon Music app lacks my Prime cloud content and lyrics-
    • Connectivity is faster, more channels, ability to turn off/on television, and of course the voice activation.
    • Just love all channels available.
    • Easy to use and many free channels
    • Lots more channels free and paid .
    • Great channels, including free ones
    • Few channels available outside US
    • The remote while nice, is fairly simplistic though and it would be nice if it had some programmable buttons so you could at least specify shortcuts so you could get to your favorite channels easier
    • With Roku, ( a ONE TIME affordable cost,) the free channels and my Amazon Prime membership offer me everything I could want, and more!
    • Lots of free channels.
    • Never lost my old channels , upgraded right along
    • Redundant channels with b grade ancient content, the better channels are as expensive as satellite, disappointing
    • Super easy to set up with a ton of free channels
    • Google will not let Roku access to your accounts; so none of your history or favorite channels show up nor can you up load videos via Roku
    • You just need to know the channel name you would like to
    • Im glad my friend told me about this, dropped my cable at over 100 a month switched to this and direct tv now and get more channels and better channels!
    • I like the Roku channel and the other free channels.
    • Only way to improve it would be to add a number pad to punch in specific channels.

    • Easily handles 4K. Simple navigation and oodles of free channels
    • and I like the free channels
    • I really like my roku stick it has so many free channels and there is something for everybody, kids programming, religious programs, christian movie channels , educational channels, and much more
    • But there are so many free channels, why would you.
    • My favorite free channels are Shout-TV, Crackle, UTube (which has movies and tv shows), all the PopCorn Flicks Channels, The ROKU Channel--I have enjoyed using the ROKU products since they first came out
    • just one of dozens of free channels, just on this one free app
    • no problem with the roku....and more channels...
    • As with the other models, this streamer seemingly has unlimited channel capacity, so you can grab as many new channels as you need.
    • Redundant channels with b grade ancient content, the better channels are as expensive as satellite, disappointing
    • Easy to install and has many available channels
    • There is no need to subscribe unless you want to as there are many free channels
    • The picture is stunningly clear and the audio channeling through my sound bar is excellent.
    • Setting u my channels was easy, i just logged into my ROKU account and all the channels and their credentials came across
    • Works fantastic, most available channels
    • The roku offers access to a variety of free channels and to Hulu, Netflix, etc
    • I like Roku products overall, and I own 3 other Roku devices, (mainly because certain channels I can only get on Roku, that Amazon doesn't yet offer) and all of those remotes work just fine
    • Savings of 50% on cable, our household watches 16 channels but we need a package of 220 channels from Xfinity to get all the 16 that we watch regularly
    • Once in Utube with out Google support I can find my favorite channels, add them to a list so they will be there every time(the one thing I could not do with out Roku
    • I like looking around on all the free channel options to check out what material is out there
    • We love the free Roku channel on it
    • That was great and it extended our ability to enjoy more channels.
    • Be aware all streaming channels available for download are not free.
    • Roku also offers many Free channels.
    • So after a lot of research, I decided on this Streaming Stick, because of all the positive reviews, multiple channels available
    • For instance, (fictitious channel example - lol) let's say I searched for the 'SAL' channel.
    • Love all the channels
    • Roku has the best options and channels and they've pioneered streaming.
    • The Roku does seem to have lots of additional things you can add such as obscure channels and things, but I mainly use these things
    • I only watch the free channels and there seems to be thousands of great movies from 1937 to the present, more than I could ever watch
    • Excellent quality and more channels than I could ever watch
    • Paying options are visible but all my free channels are gone.
    • I have never been kicked off a channel arbitrarily , refused service because "too many" devices at device ONE, no frozen channels ~ need I say more?
    • So many free channels, and apps.
    • The remote is easy to use and there are lots of free channels, as well as good quality movies and monthly channel subscriptions available
    • I have all my favorite digital channels on this stick
    • After setup, we signed into our favorite channels, and began using them
    • Fantastic channel neutral layout, preferable to fire stick which is Amazon centric
    • I'm very impressed with all the channels available
    • Channels are applications for your television, popular channels include Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, VUDU and HBO GO
    • In addition to many free channels, I subscribe to the channels I want to watch and none of the channels I don't want to watch.
    • I read that any channel that has an app would be available on Roku, so that was good enough for
    • I have an excellent a/c wifi router, which is a large part of a Roku or any streaming players ability to stream today's high bit rate action videos.
    • works as they say it should.
    • I replaced it with an Android device (Tivo Stream 4k) - it's slightly less intuitive at first, but supports every service under the sun as far as I know
    • I have the issue when it is plugged into the TV directly, as well as when plugged into a surge protector
    • This problem is apparent on Prime Video via HDMI as well as on the Prime Video app installed on the LG OS.
    • I use this with my Tablo Over The Air DVR, as well as with all the streaming services
    • It basically works as it should, great 4K video.
    • YouTube works well and pretty much the same as on any smart TV
    • The interface isn't as clean as
    • Works exactly as I'd hoped.
    • It simply works as it should.
    • Sad l brought it cuz certain reviews says it comes with the "Directv App" when it clearly does not
