My only complaint (otherwise would be 5 star) is there does seem to be a small audio lag issue with this model

I really wanted to like this, but this model has some very serious lag issues between the remote and the stick

To trouble shoot, I disconnected every wifi device in my house but the Roku, which was only about 5 feet from the router, then walked up one foot in direct line of the stick, and still had major lag issues

I still have some lag issues but compared to my old Amazon stick lag is shorter duration and recovery is quick once I get out and get back in.

Of course, you don't need Streaming Stick+ version if you have no lag issues on Wifi reception

Sad l brought it cuz certain reviews says it comes with the "Directv App" when it clearly does not

works as they say it should.

I replaced it with an Android device (Tivo Stream 4k) - it's slightly less intuitive at first, but supports every service under the sun as far as I know

I have the issue when it is plugged into the TV directly, as well as when plugged into a surge protector

This problem is apparent on Prime Video via HDMI as well as on the Prime Video app installed on the LG OS.

I use this with my Tablo Over The Air DVR, as well as with all the streaming services

It basically works as it should, great 4K video.

YouTube works well and pretty much the same as on any smart TV

I not comfortable giving my credit card information to Roku, especially to access video services I’ve already paid for.
