Reviews around replacement (5.00 of 5)

  • so I was looking for a inexpensive "ecymbal" replacement ASAP.
  • If your budget is a little tighter then a more suitable replacement is discussed in the Rock Band thread "Pintech TC 10".All in all the cymbals do the job.

Reviews around thing (5.00 of 5)

  • The third important thing (with price probably being second) in a ecymbal is accuracy
  • Less time having to mess around with hardware and more time playing is a good thing

Reviews around quality (5.00 of 5)

  • This with the stand was important to complete the Roland TD-15KVS V-Drums V-Tour Series Electronic Drum Kit, great quality, highly recommended.
  • Quality seems good as it hasn't registered any double hits or false hits.

Reviews around upgrade (5.00 of 5)

  • What Roland's cymbals bring to the table is that they provide a nice upgrade and re-sell path as you eventually move up onto better cymbals and/or better electronic drum kits.

Reviews around cymbal (3.44 of 5)

  • Maybe in the next "rev" of their cymbal product line Roland will focus more on quieter cymbals
  • This are nice cymbals that are very responsive and durable
  • The rubber pad on the Roland seems to "grip" better then the cheap Ion cymbal
  • Are there cheaper cymbals available

Reviews around roland (3.22 of 5)

  • There is that old joke that Roland is like Harley-Davidson:
  • * Will also be ordering the cheaper Pintech TC cymbal, the more expensive "bigger brother" Roland CY-12C and CY-13R, and potentially the Yamaha PCY-135 for comparison at some point in the future
  • * The popular Roland CY-8 Cymbal
