Would definitely recommend this to folks looking for a a quality, fool-proof label printer.
Great quality, print fast and very small its a space saver for me
I do have a black lab that sheds a lot, and for a brief period of time I kept getting poor print quality, but I opened it up and it was full of dog hair, a quick blow and its back to perfect
Sometimes the quality of the thermal print is not great and difficult to read

I had to tinker with the quality settings to get the prints clear and dark, which made the printing much slower
The printer prints labels VERY fast, but I think the speed is one of the things that causes the printing to be blurry in places, blotchy in places and overall poor quality.
Print quality is not as great if printing directly from Etsy.
It is a good label printer but it is not suitable for Shopify Label printing, it works on Shopify but quality will be much degraded (hard to read and sometimes barcodes poorly printed) and also it is almost impossible to read International labels, it is Shopify problem as Shopify rasterize the label in a different way
* if your prints are blurry or don't seem dark enough, download adobe acrobat and use that to print your shipping labels

You can buy the cheap rolls of labels, and you have a very cost effective shipping label solution

n’t has any problem I even tell my sister to get one for her company too
Helps me save money as I don't have to buy expensive toner any more.
Then my inkjet bricked, my laser printer kept jamming and the toner had issues that wouldn't affect most things but could mess up bar codes, and I got more orders

Even though it was fixed, the representative got back to me quickly AND even offered to send me a pack of free labels since I wasted a few trying to figure out the problem

Probably wasted over 8 hours trying to get it to work on windows 10.

I had a user error after working hours and emailed their support a question
When I have had any problems at all (always user error), they have been quick and friendly
Even though the problem was user error of the 'did you turn it off and on again' variety, the support rep still helped me through fixing the problem and said to call back if I needed any further help
That could be user error though

Sure it lacks a dedicated roll holder, but it is available for the smaller print needs where a roll is needed
I could also have spun the holder around backwards, with the lip hanging off the shelf, but I didn’t want to see the wall-mount holes of the TP holder
Amazon doesn't even recommend the roll holder when purchasing, therefore not sure if a lot of buyers use rolls or just unaware
