I looked at a lot of 4K dashcams and the Rove seemed to have the best feature set, stylish looks and at a reasonable price point

Pros:1- Very Nice video quality, the 4k is clear and the size of the video is small corresponding to the length time of the video.2- Time Lapse feature is great and has different option to make it running fast or slow (4 image per second is the fastest and 1 image per 2 second is the slower)3- You can take picture while it's recording video

One little annoyance is that time-lapse mode doesn't persist, so you have to keep changing to time-lapse mode every time you get in your car, if you want to use that.
