The glass top's slightly curved half oval and elongated design is stylish and well thought out; no sharp edges to hit and room to spread out papers or easily use a mouse and laptop.

Once assembled, the glass top can swivel without the 5-legged base moving, which is a nice feature

Rather scary when I was attempting to lift what I thought was a fully assembled table over a sleeping dog and the base detached leaving me only holding the glass top.

The assembly instructions are a little lacking in that it doesn't clearly state you need to use a rubber mallet to tap the wheels into the 5-legged metal base as well as tap the adjustable metal stand (which is actually a shock absorber) into the lever part BEFORE attaching both to the glass top.
