This product does not come with a lid, the lid is not even available on the same page
-
No lids included; buyer beware.
-
If you sous vide with it, I'd suggest a top lid and neoprane cover for it to keep the water at temp a little better.
-
If you look hard enough, you can find mention in the product description that lids are available for purchase separately
-
I dropped on star because the lid must be ordered separately-- Like others, I find that a hassle.
-
The picture showed a lid and then in small writing said the lid was available separately
-
Read the details, unlike me, and you will see as another review clarifies that “lids are available”
-
The lids are also pretty durable because we kept putting things on top without any problems (e.g. my daughter resting her feet on it or dumping backpacks on it)
-
Buried amongst product details is hidden line - "lids available".
-
No need for a lid just cover the top of the water with ping pong balls to control evaporation dying long cooks.
-
The pictures show a plain clear lid, but that just means they can be used with this clear lid
-
Finding the right lid proved difficult
-
Wow, what a difference it makes when paired with a compatible lid (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071L6PRY8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
-
Easy to use, the lid fits perfectly for the unit
-
Its not until I received it and read through the wordy description again that I see "lids available" near the bottom of the description
-
Very pleased with this purchase, they also design a lid for it to work with sous vide, or you could get a regular lid!
-

-
Also, it would be helpful if the company placed an Amazon link in their description that takes you right to the proper lid
-
Easy to fill and empty- Liked that there was an available lid that fit the Nova Sous
-

I'd appreciate a lid sent my way if the pictures show a lid.
-
Hoping to find the correct lid for the different containers I ordered!
-
Depth its shallow, the lid is not quite the correct fit although I like it because of the cut out for the
-
It can also be used for storage as long as one orders the appropriate lid
-
The "lids available" text is small and written among a lot of other text.
-
Also bought a stainless steel adjustable rack and a hinged lid to go with it.
-
For my use I would prefer an airtight lid rather than just a normal lid.
-
Who wants lidless Tupperware?!)Well, on reflection (and after receiving a lidless container), it does subtly mention "optional lid" <sad
-
The image in Amazon shows lids but the text says "lids available
-
It’s a super flimsy lid (not the container!
-
Inconvenient as most, lids are also available for purchase.
-
This particular lid fits very well on the container and has a center (not corner) cut out for my Anova Precision Cooker - water flow seems to move very well.
-
Definitely recommend getting the lid as well
-
Buried in the small print, it DOES say lid available although many of the associated pictured do show one
-
Buried in the description is, "lids available "
-
Make sure to buy the compatible lid for it (which has a space for your sous vide)
-
This is a perfect replacement for the stockpot I was using for sous vide (I purchased with the snaptop lid available from another vendor).
-
Most of the photos show a lid attached, but buried in the description is one line saying that "lids are available" which apparently means not included
-
This bin stands up to the heat and time it takes to cook with a sous vide, and when paired with the right lid cuts time in half
