Because "no tools" means cheap plastic tabs, and because there are no directions at all, plastic tabs break so unit cannot be returned

I see how someone can break the tabs if they don't look first, and I see the argument that the rear foam pad makes it tight and angled when inserting a drive, but a thin knife blade let me compress the foam and get my drive in without worry

Despite repeated attempts I could not get the lid back on and in the process three of the cheap/flimsy plastic tabs broke.

The directions on opening the enclosure is rather difficult the first time so be careful not to break the tabs.
