Awesome design, easy and very cool of an experience to assemble
This cart has a great design, and really meets all my needs for organizing files and papers
but it's poorly designed and the manufacturer should include extra pieces of hardware for assembly.
A little pricey, but convenient good designs can ask a little more
The only reason that I am giving it a 2 stars is it was easy to put together and the general design, i.e., top area for placing things to be filed, two smaller drawers and one larger drawer.

Granted, I don't use the wheels, so I can't speak to them clicking or whatever, but this thing is great for the price, very easy to assemble, and sturdy.
would recommend for those looking to buy this, the only thing I didn't like was when i was installing, one of the bars was deformed, but I fixed it lol.
Once i assembled the first one, i was like "meh" it's not an $80 drawer.. just kept one for my wife's underclothes and other "light" stuff.. this thing looks flimsy
The only thing I would have liked to see is the ability to resort the drawer sizes

All in all it is a good lightweight file-drawer cabinet as long as you don't put too much weight in drawers or on on the top shelf.
I bought another similar cart (with the file drawer) that I like but this cart, when I assembled it, I discovered that the wheels would not go into the base
Even more maddening is that hanging file folders don't slide at all
It's holding up well after a few weeks of small children trying to get into it, and the file folders and hanging folders fit perfectly.
A good file drawer for sorting things you are currently working on.

The frame was a pain to set up because it is a two-person job, however, the instructions were easy to follow (just pictures and numbers)
Worst of all, the interior frame where Pendaflex (or similar) files should suspend are situated too close to the mesh sides, and are set just a bit too far apart, resulting in Pendaflex metal "arms" getting hung up on the mesh of the bin, or either jumping off the rail from which it should suspend.
The frame is flimsy and could easily warp if fully loaded with files
