Quality looks just a little less than the Samsill 15150 Classic Collection Ring Binder Portfolio, 11.5 X 10.6 , 11/2 Capacity, Black, but it has the ability to zip up which is something that I wanted for those windy and/or rainy days that you have to carry it outside.

It looks and feels like an expensive leather portfolio.
