The only downside to the product is the cable
-
A thin/flexible USB-cable will mitigate the repositioning problem I mentioned (a thick/stiff cable makes it worse).
-
It would have been nice if the case was a little larger to hold the bulky USB cable
-
Yet with its heavy base plus the flexible, tilting mic, it can be placed on a flat surface--much like the Snowflake, but with greater stability and without any intrusive cable.
-
When I thought the mic might have been broken, it was usually a bad cable, bad port, or an un-powered port it was plugged into.
-
the cable has some conncetion problems... pretty sure other people complaining about connection problems is because of the faulty wire... had to buy a seperate "AmazonBasics USB 2.0 Cable - A Male to Micro B..." and it fixed all the connection problems
-
Was a bad cable or hot wire
-
It would have been neat to have the case include enough room for a retractable USB mini cable such as the one offered by belkin for $2.99 as an add-on from Amazon
-
I've found that using better shielded cable has helped (and attaching one of those little circular magnets to that as well) but the problem still somewhat persists sometimes

-
It uses standard Mini USB if you ever lose the cable, and it even has a hole to mount it to a microphone stand
-
Or, if that was not the case, have better cable management through the base so the cable isn't just awkwardly off the side of the head itself.
-
Cons,Cable is a little too long and the bag cant fit it, this is not a big deal though
-
Very clear and crisp A++
-
Works as I expected

My uses for this mic include voip applications like skype, mumble, ventrillo, and others, as well as for blog posts and even amateur voice recording
