My personal preference from listening to many different podcasters and online reviews is for the AT2020 over the Yeti, but it is suposedly designed with a tighter cardioid pattern not ideal for my use.
-
Pros:-Nice aesthetic design, 1 usb cord, carrying case, and mic
-
Excellent design too
-
Small portable micCaptures good clean audioStrong metal design
-
It's sturdy, well-designed, well-built and practical
-
, it's a great overall microphone and well designed
-
It could potentially work just fine for that kind of application, and the design itself, with the attached clip and ball-and-socket swivel-joint is extremely nice
-
The small design makes it easy to still in your pocket or your computer bag
-
It might be an older design, but still the best design
-
However, I would at least home that it worked as designed.
-
I love the design too, with its compact swivel base that functions as a clip - to clip to your monitor, a desk stand, and a carrying method - when you swivel the mic into its clip (which fits well into the included carrying case)
-
Super design
-
The microphone can clip to the side of a laptop screen (nice) and fold around in various directions - a very cool design
-
Plus it has a nice feel and design
-
The build quality of the mic seems excellent, and the compact design is fantastic!
-
I think the nut would have been lost fairly early, so I'll chalk that up to poor design (i.e., no place to stow it).I ended up returning the unit for a credit
-
Third impression was design – very clever
-
Works very well, and such a fun, attractive design
-
Clever design allows you to clip the Samson Go Mic to a laptop monitor but not a regular LED monitor
-
mic, good design, mid weight for the
-
And what really bugs me about this is that the design is really quite attractive
-
Well designed and solidly constructed
-
Very nicely designed product
-
Solid and well designed.
-
Could be a great Mic but stupid architecture design
-
great design and works like a charm.
-
I thought it was a nice product, well-designed, but I tried it on three separate computers, and no sound was transmitted by the microphone to the computers.
-
It's a shame because the design of the mic is very nice.
-
I like the design of this
-
Could be a great Mic but stupid architecture design
-
The Go Mic had the specs I was looking for: omni and cardioid selection, good sensitivity, compact design, low price, and easy stand mounting (as long as you have an adapter for a European mount)
-
As I own about a dozen different mikes of different sizes and qualities I've been able to do a lot of comparison, and this is simply a mid-quality mike... not bad, not great, but good design, sturdy, and okay recording.
-
Absolutely incredible design, simplicity and most importantly, excellent sound quality
-
The design of the mic is excellent - you can clip the mic to your laptop pointing toward or away from you, or you can use the clip as a stand
-
What a well designed little mic, with all the bells and whistles you need, but in a tiny size with a cool carrying case
-
The only concern was it's a little funky to unfurl and make it stand, but the strange design does keep it small.
-
i even released my first song with this :) so happy to buy this :D
