Picked up all background noises

I haven't had any issues with background noise or anything else if you do just adjust settings.if your having issues with a whine or a feedback noise.. try moving the usb cable to another port (some cables don't do well next to each other causing a whining feedback noise to be heard)

I do a lot of usability testing for various websites, and it's imperative that clients are able to clearly hear my explanations via voice without background noise, pops, hisses or similar.

I tend to put it down to %60 for how loud it can be, but yet you still get some background noise if you want to still keep a good natural feel to your voice recording

The sound is very clear when recording voice and there is no detectable hiss or background noise

Only downside is that it picks up background noise easily, but this is easily fixed using audacity

If you turn down the capture volume in your audio program to around 30, it should block out most background noises while still picking up your voice very well.

It does really easily pick up on background noise, making it pretty good for various pod casts methinks.

It doesn't slide on the table, I can monitor with no latency whatsoever and there is probably almost zero background noise

It has some great built in features that allow it to filter out background noise to a degree that I nearly never need to edit any stray noises out of my audio files

Ordered this for recording both meetings with as well as for family to record music with and find this very functional and of a high quality construction and results.

I'm not too knowledgeable on the subject of pop filters, but I can tell that this one isn't as great as to what you could purchase for cheaper for better quality

There's a small LED to display when muting, as well as when the audio peaks

The way it interfaces with my P C is great, the trick is "reading the instructions which came in the box

I'm not saying R2D2 is a sexy looking robot, but I really find this design really attractive for a microphone - very shiny!I really like how this microphone looks professional, yet it looks very hip/modern and sexy design
