The Bluetooth struggles big time

i was about to return this product even though i really like it cause the bluetooth was permanently disabled to 'off'

Bluetooth does not work reliably at all so it cannot connect to a bluetooth mouse or keyboard in any practical sense.

But the worst is the bluetooth.

* Bluetooth is working fine now

Bluetooth is intermittent/weak, Screen dimmer has no setting between "off" and "Too bright at night", not enough ports, no USB type A, no Video Out, no SD card

n’t get a refund for a product that doesn’t work and has a warranty for 1 year
