Samsung Clear View Standing cover PROS:- phone is protected from all sides;- cover front looks stylish while new and clean;- on a event surface you can manage to place it in that triangle position to view videos

Cover looks cool, love the flip, but overall build seems flimsy and cheap for price point.

I do not recommend the Samsung Clear View cover to protect the Samsung Galaxy S8 plus phone.

Glad I didn't buy the overpriced gold cover ($46)

This cover is easy to put on and to take off.

Its covered in the exact same material as the Surface keyboards are, and that would concern me as they can get dirty sitting around, as my keyboard has, and that does takes a little more effort to clean without taking the textured surface off.

Unless you are super careful, the front cover will get scratched and the little icon that tells you how much battery you have at the top looks kind of blurry through the cover; but, everyone who doesn't have the Samsung 8+ is jealous of this cover.

The product itself is fine and made of pretty good materials, although I personally preferred the normal S-View Cover for its shortcuts (especially the camera!).

These problems have me taking it in and out of the protective cover all the time

Great cover, but dont have one of those glass screen covers on the front as the snugness of the new cover lifts the glass protective layer off the screen.wil need to find another front screen cover that wont interfere with the new cover

The front side of the case is a hard cover so hopefully nothing unpredictable like this will happen, whereas the back of the case is somewhat soft fabric-like material that obviously can tear easily, which is a HUGE flaw on the Samsung side
