I believe the combi-grilling is the most powerful and useful feature on this micro wave

So far the microwave has met all our expectations, features are ideal for us, not sure why some reviews describe a lesser quality

The features of the microwave are great, minus the door defect.

Second, The keypad is not user friendly and there is no positive feedback that assures that number/feature you pushed was sensed.

We like the convection feature on our other microwave more than this crisping feature

Update: After submitting the microwave for a refund, I tried several other 'silent' microwaves, but none were large enough, or the silent mode feature was not reliable

Many other features in the user manual say "Available only on some models" with no clue as to whether they can be used on this particular unit.

The fancy feature does come at a price, so keep that in mind if you're on a budget, but I do think it's worth it

We are still experimenting with the "instant cook" feature (i.e., preset cook times); it's not working as we thought it would, but again that could be an issue of us not understanding the manual
