The phone was brand new in the right phone box everything still had plastic and protectors on them was very happy and my husband loves it very nice phone

Other than that, its smooth enough to use as a nice budget phone.

Not 4g capable as advertised

From my understanding, this phone does NOT supports 4G, nor 5G. It may be my carrier though
