I've waited some time to write my review to make sure the phone worked well.

It's condition was nearly flawless rather than one minor screen scratch that wasn't even noticeable unless you looked at it very closely

To improve performance, I disabled and / or uninstalled as many of the useless pre-installed apps as I was able to.

Phone was in good condition, exactly as advertised, and works perfectly.

Very minor cosmetic blemishes and excellent working condition with decent battery life.

In perfect condition & no problem with activation at Verizon.

I traded those, a few more perhaps, for S-pen, multi-window, huge; gorgeous display, stunning pictures, beautiful videos, extremely fast responses every times, call quality, ... and yes cheaper price; I paid about $118 with the trade-in

A little pricy, but as far as a full purchase phone the price was much cheaper than what I could have purchased this from my wireless provider

Have found some EXCELLENT cases that have all the protection of an OtterBox case, minus the bulk...at a great price too

pen was a little beat up.. but i can always buy a new s pen and the price would still be way cheaper than a new note 4.. I have not had any trouble with it as of yet

With a metal frame and a textured fake leather back, this device feels expensive and "fancy" in your hand

The Galaxy Note 4 is the most powerful handheld device I've ever had my hands on

I received one defective device out of the two I purchased from this seller, but I think is fair to say they always replied to my inquiries with a high sense of urgency and responsibility

The S-pen is probably the number one feature of this phone, and works beautifully.

I cannot blame that on the phone itself as it was found to be an issue with the Android update that I am not sure has been fixed or not, but I don't need that feature so not an issue for me.

The screen on this phone is pretty much the best in the industry right now, hands down

Having moved up from a Droid Bionic, to the S4 and then to the Note 4, this is the perfect screen size for my hands.

I was surprised that the larger size wasn't overwhelming at all.

The size of this phone is perfect for those of us who need to be able to read the screen.

I like the bigger size, it still fits in my pants pocket.

Camera never worked good, always a blurry picture IF it worked.

I later realized that when the camera is focusing, it makes this vibrating, making the pictures come out blurry since sometimes, it doesn't stop!

Love love love my note 4, love the screen, which is easily readable even in bright sun light, the battery is awesome, the camera takes great pictures and to top it all, the fingerprint scanner works very well for me (unless my fingers are wet)

This is my 3rd phone from this seller ...had to return the first 2 ...now this one don't work either bad microphone...this one will turn on ...the other 2 wouldn't even come on

Also, if the caller on the other end is moving around, all the background noise is just as loud as their voice.

Bottom line, this is the first cell phone I've purchased and had zero buyer's remorse.

I am very disappointed with this device and with the seller trying to ripoff an unknowing buyer
