Reviews around phone work (5.00 of 5)

  • The phone works as expected, my only gripe is that while it came in the original packaging with a charger and headphones, there was no sim removal tool
  • Phone worked great for 1 year and 2 months, and I would have given it a 5 star rating... but for no reason that I can figure out, the system just died
  • when the phone works it works great, but often freezes to the point that i have to restart it at least once a week and the seller has no type warranty uggh
  • Phone works and was factory reset, didn't come with anything else as advertised but in reality, they should have included an AFC charger with it
  • Phone worked great for 2 weeks then the call mic stopped working

Reviews around price (4.65 of 5)

  • The base price of $700 is pretty high, but if you trade in an old phone and get the $200 credit, you're looking at a pretty fair price when matched against other phones
  • The phone was in great shape and love the price for a used phone.
  • Great price, wicked fast ship, and the phone is a 10 out of 10.
  • Very fair price, great flawless quality for a refurbished phone
  • Considering this is an old model, the price is still steep

Reviews around camera (4.12 of 5)

  • * Better front camera - and much better selfies (I guess, it could be the only real reason to upgrade)
  • and I have to say Samsung has done a fantastic job simplifying the camera UI and making it almost IPhone simply to use.
  • The camera on the Note 5 has notably improved, particularly in low light
  • This camera noticeably performs very well in low light.
  • I also pulled the s pen out and the button was scratched up as if someone had used it a lot before me

Reviews around size (4.01 of 5)

  • I love the size of this phone and it worked well for the first few weeks and then after that it stopped working I couldn't get calls I couldn't receive
  • Nice size screen and the phone isn't too big to hold for either
  • The S Pen broke in half when I went to pull it out of Note 5 phone within 48 hours of delivery, so I was forced to buy a new one from Samsung
  • Honestly, its hard to believe, but the iphone 6 plus (and new 6s) just looks under-engineered compared to this aethetically with its bloated bezels and smaller screen to size ratio
  • Love the size of the screen and everything about how well the phone runs

Reviews around quality (3.98 of 5)

  • I'll blame the low quality because of Samsung but unfortunately you're an authorized dealer for them
  • morning the loss but thanks to excellent battery performance and the awesome build quality it can be overlooked
  • It was advertise as "New" but it worked as it was refurbished.
  • I know I am complaining as of right

Reviews around thing (3.86 of 5)

  • Here is a balance of good and bad things from a prospect of someone using Note 3 before
  • If you’re a avid Note user like myself then you probably know all the amazing things that the S-pen can do at this point and there is little need for me to recap but there are a few new tricks that I love, when the screen is off if you pull out the
  • Unfortunately, you need 4G for that - if you are in areas when 4G is spotty (and there are many), you re out of luck
  • I have nothing but great things to say about the camera
  • all my favorite things I jumped straight from the 3 to the 5 and love love it...

Reviews around screen (3.81 of 5)

  • Screen cracked very easily (while in case) from very slight pressure while trying to edit a s note.
  • I don't think enough people realize how hard this Note 5 screen is to scratch
  • I have a Galaxy S8, but was looking for a work phone the works well, with decent specs, and a big screen.
  • Nice size screen and the phone isn't too big to hold for either
  • Screen is awesome and big, but the phone itself is not too large

Reviews around charger (3.61 of 5)

  • Unfortunately, you need 4G for that - if you are in areas when 4G is spotty (and there are many), you re out of luck
  • Phone was in good shape but the description said it came with original fast charger and it did not.
  • but i think thats the case with any phone would suggest buying a portable charger to use while your not close to a plug in.
  • I also pulled the s pen out and the button was scratched up as if someone had used it a lot before me
  • The phone was perfect but i got a charger that overheated and contacted the seller, and they replied and sent me two fast chargers, :)

Reviews around note (3.59 of 5)

  • this is a great phone, i went with this note 5 because i lost my note 4
  • First, I love the Note 5 and have always been a fan of the Note series
  • The Samsung note 5 seems fine, but it might be because I bought this off of
  • Love the whole Note line from Samsung and the Note 5 is the best yet

Reviews around feature (3.47 of 5)

  • I miss the two removed features, largely because I would rather have access to the battery to replace if the cells start going later on in the phone's life, but right now I'm quite happy with the package as it stands and have no qualms recommending it.
  • It takes a while to get use to the new device, but I love all the added features I am still discovering.
  • CameraThe camera is probably one of my favorite features
  • The new feature to take out the s-pen and start writing is fantastic
  • With Note 5, you just have a phone - one of many - with some features being better than competitors, but other worse and many critical features missing

Reviews around product (3.35 of 5)

  • AT&T. This product caused such an inconvenience as it could not be activated at all
  • Needless to say, this was clearly a refurbished product
  • Samsung will sell you a defective product so you can ship it back to them to get it repaired.
  • Great screen, very surprised by the top quality refurbished product (5 tiny dimples on bottom right corner.
  • I have been a loyal Samsung product owner for years but the only time I needed Samsung to come thru and support their product, they mistreated me horribly....

Reviews around storage (2.12 of 5)

  • My only complaint is it does not have expandable memory, but I have noticed that even though this is only 32GB I am finding I am not pressed for space, since I do use a lot of cloud services and storage.
  • the only problems i have had are that the phone can be glitchy and slow at times, the battery life dosnt last all day unless you dont use it often, and for that there are no replacement batteries like with the 4. also with the 5 ive had issues losing my s pen often as its a little lose in its slot
  • It's missing the removable battery and expandable storage, which is a knock against it - but not enough to knock a star off in my book

Reviews around sd (1.95 of 5)

  • 2 of S-Pen options like Magnify and the GIF creator is not available directly from the Air Command but there is an app you can use to create GIF.I like the round edge on the back
  • I was skeptical to buy this phone because of its lack of a removable back, and lack of SD
  • I was one of the people who complained about it lacking micro sd and removable batteries

Reviews around software (1.87 of 5)

  • 2 of S-Pen options like Magnify and the GIF creator is not available directly from the Air Command but there is an app you can use to create GIF.I like the round edge on the back
  • Comparing each phone so far, I really do like some of the new camera features, more like using a a real camera with total control of features, even manual focus to f/1.9 as opposed to auto f/2.0 on the 4.
  • Not even after you pay for it!To make matters even worse, Google has released the new operating system, Android 6.0, with lots of new features and SECURITY FIXES against hackers, worms, and malicious software that would steal your information
  • The S Pen broke in half when I went to pull it out of Note 5 phone within 48 hours of delivery, so I was forced to buy a new one from Samsung

  • but It does not get any reception in my area a complete disappointment
  • My first Note5 was purchased directly from Verizon and had great reception even in notoriously bad cell areas
  • The product is like new but the reception I get is horrible
  • I got this phone for Verizon and it was beautiful, but I'm suspicious about it, because it would have horrible reception I MANY places

Reviews around blue (1.00 of 5)

  • But under most normal circumstances while holding it and looking dead on, it is dark blue, with a dark charcoal undertone.
  • The Black Sapphire version looks black in some conditions but when the light hits it it is a deep shimmering blue
  • This is a minor annoyance, and not really a con of the phone, but more of the description of the color, but this phone is dark blue.
