I love the look and feel of the case but, I don't understand all these reviews that claim wireless charging works flawlessly

its easier to put on then take off, but that's why i love, full body case, i know nothing is going to get into my phone, the hard clear screen protector is formed into a rubberized piece that seals into the case, if your looking for a rugged tactical style case to protect your $1,000 Note 9, I would highly recommend..

The cases are built tough and good looking and have great colors

This case does a great job protecting my phone while being reasonably priced.

This case has done a pretty darn good job with protecting my phone from scratches and cracks

so hopefully it does a good job to prevent from cracking if dropped.

Other than that, the added screen protector, although is plastic, it is tight and nice and keeps the touch sensitivity even when wearing gloves (increasing the sensitivity in the settings of the phone also helps).Overall, great product.

The quick stand works very well in both horizontal and vertical positions, and it is smooth and easy to open and close.

The stand works well although it is not something I routinely use.

The kick stand is a bonus and the phone fits perfectly and snug in the case

good case wireless charge does not work everytime NOTE 9, update.. tested a different wireless charger and it works, the one brand I found that didn't work was Senco fast charger stand.

the rainbow streaks more or less covers the whole screen, the stand is loose, even though i have not used it much.

It would be ridiculous to expect a scratch resistant screen protector, both at this price and given the specified method of construction (plastic, not glass)!Everything appears well built.

Construction wise, my note 9 is not going to get hurt in this case except from a significant fall.

I was really hype about this case when it was available to order when my Note 9 was available for preorder

the cover looks nice but the screen protector just cheap clear plastic that won't protect your screen

It does protect the screen of my phone, but it does NOT remain clear for very long.

The reason I gave it a 4 is because of the horrible screen protector

Thankfully it protected my phone from 2 very clumsy falls - the screen and case were intact

Holds up and is safe for the phone, but the screen cover clouds up and needs a lot of cleaning!

So other than the S Pen being a bit hard to get to this is the best case I've purchased by far.

Getting the case on the phone was just a little bit more difficult than an otterbox

The back part of the case was a slight bit difficult to apply, with good reason

the S Pen is a bit hard to remove from the phone but that's the least of my worries
