This would be a good product if the screen protector was more durable
It's a good product, definitely worth the price, however dust may accumulate in the case

Very well build, all buttons are responsive, screen protector is like is not even there...more than expected... very good product... could do some work on the grip... a little slippery for my dry hands...

So far there is no problem with keeping my own screen protector UNDER the screen protector with the case, so DOUBLE protection without compromising touch screen sensitivity!
also has great grip and great protection all around the phone itself

the S9 isnt as dense of a feel, I honestly feel much safer having this case.

putting another hard screen protector on top will obviously not
I guess some of that wear and tear would show up on the hard glass screen if I did not have the protector but is disappointing and distracting when viewing

the screen protector is a thin plastic, not the hard "glass" ones and it doesn't feel like it will protect if the phone takes a slight blow to the screen (nothing will really protect if it falls hard enough).
It's a solid case, protects as it's supposed to, and it does that very well.
You can carefully pop out the crappy plastic SP and install a good glass one, and the case will fit back over just fine.
How otterbox can't have a built in screen protector is bullshit, they are trying to sell their tempered glass screen on top of the $50 case
I may opt for an add-on tempered glass screen protector instead.

But as hesitant as I was, I ordered this case and I can't be more satisfied than this
There is a huge rainbow glare if there is any light around you and if you touch the screen with anything sharper than cotton candy then the screen protector will get scratched
