The camera is nice, the pictures come out clean and clear
a really great high-end phone, i love how clear it captures pictures in bright or in dark areas thanks to the Dual Aperture, the most important thing for me in a smartphone is its display quality which this gets right with its gorgeous displaysound is also very good on the studio speakers
The Samsung 9+ was an excellent buy it a lot faster than it predecessors, the pictures are clear and clean
I does a lot of cool stuff and takes really nice pictures
It has a good battery life, takes good pictures, and reliable.
You can always change the time out settings so your screen doesn't click off as fast to give you more time, so not really a big deal for me
In addition, curved glass easily breaks as the glass is exposed
and I would be Hard Pressed to go back to the " Great Deal " phones.
Until then, iphone 7, with all it's problems, is still a better deal for me
I found this to be a better deal than the Google XL 2, or the iPhone X which in my opinion were both overpriced, however I still think 760 with taxes is a little much for a phone, especially one that didn't introduce anything new to the market that wasn't already out there and available with other products and companies.
The perfect size for one handed use without much compromise.
It is the right size and easy to handle for my smaller hands
I would take the S9 over the S9+ screen seems sharper and the larger size is not worth is, horrible Bixby feature
And if you're really tight, buy a good used S something or sort of recent iPhone)Fragile, had to buy a case and screen protector day oneLike 2 bloatware apps but you CAN remove them thankfullyOverall, I don't think I'll ever pay 800+ for a phone again even though I keep mine for three years before I replace; I'd rather do something better with that money
With that said I will start with what I do like the S9 has the best camera I have ever used that is the single thing keeping me on Samsung currently

Thats a very good feature which is also used in additional apps such as banking
The display is pretty awesome, nice colors, and the storage capacity is great, as well as the added benefit of adding an sd card for extra memory
The heart rate monitor not working , there is no rubber seal protecting the sim and micr sd card from water , poor display quality , poor camera , everything is just a big NO
The only thing worse than the display are those large bezels, and the need to find and install some 3rd party apps that would allow to auto-hide the soft buttons, when you want to get more out of that abysmal display
I am not disappointed with switching to Samsung, this phone has a much better display and camera than the iPhones do
Love the display and with themes, I can make it my own.
One is the improved picture quality at night and the second is the size
The picture quality is awesome as well as the sound quality
The color on outer edges is peeling, sound quality is poor, Pics are good, hard to change keyboardsMain thing is the color on the phone and sound from, improved speakers
The camera, although great when you're far away, has absolutely awful quality (much worse than my old iPhone) when you zoom in.

The most important thing on the phone simply doesn't work right
Here is the odd thing, the S9 that I have seems to preform much faster and have a better camera than the s9+ on several occasions I used both and there was a huge difference in speed and pic quality

So yeah the nice thing about having the best phone is repair shops can fix it if it gets busted
this is a great phone with excellent battery lifegreat for people who are
The sound gets a bit distorted all the way up with dolby atmos, amazing camera, love the finger sensor, very fast and smooth, long battery for daily use, great for multi tasking, all round perfect phone
I had the Samsung Galaxy S7 since 2 years ago and it was a great phone, but the battery was bad since day one
Pixel 3 xl has a worse processor, less RAM, worse battery, no equalizer, no DeX, no hdmi output, no SD slot, the stupid notch, and is $200 more
It has a good battery life, takes good pictures, and reliable.
They had a chance to fix all the laggy, unusable “features”
That being said, the phone itself is beautiful and well made with lots of great features, but the price point is the killer based on its mild competition
Intuitive with great features, I'm very happy with my purchase.
In addition, curved glass easily breaks as the glass is exposed
The placement is such when you use the power button you hit the Bixby button which IMO is a useless feature
before you invest huge amount of money into this kind of junk check more appropriate options, unless you're really careful do not recommend this phone
Third crazy option: Always on screen showing me the clock (duh) and that I have notifications
Fourth crazy option: You can enable vibration when you pickup the phone, if there was some notification
Fast fingerprint sensor and many more options for unlocking that I haven't tried
(Honestly I highly recommend choosing a backup option to unlock the phone because although the facial and iris recognition is great, it's not flawless especially if you're wearing a costume, heavy makeup, etc.
If I thought Samsung had better apps, I'd download them.
I already bought the phone, why must I use your awful apps
Bought to use with AT&T & loved that it didn't carry all of their bulky unnecessary apps.
Everything an expensive phone should have (great camera, display, sound, processing speed, etc)Headphone Jack!Micro SD slot (memory expandable up to 400gb)!Available for pretty much any carrier I can think of in the USA (unlike other great phones like the One Six Plus)Android OS so more options for those of us that like to mess with devices (and lots of great apps not available
A couple of people said the sound on their end was not as good as on old phone, a Motorola Droid Maxx
I knew I should have bought the Huawei 20.This combined with the stupid Bixby
Google assistant is still better at most other things, like search and voice activation, but I must admit Bixby is quite convenient when you don't need to be hands-free
Thanks, Samsung for discontinuing what I need and adding what I don't, like stupid bixby
Bixby is a waste of space, as the original siri worked better
Bixby is the worst, you need an app to block this useless crap
Some people might be disappointed by the 4GB of memory, but the vast majority of users will never feel the difference
I also got the Notification tones when I turned on/off the Voice Assistant for blind people to use the phone
Some people actually LIKE that there are no screen wakeup on Notifications
The Samsung customer service reps have to be the stupidest people I have ever dealt with for a tech company
I see some people are unhappy that carrier visual voicemail is unavailable from the play store for this unlocked phone (and the s8) but it IS possible to get it working
That same model number was stamped on the exterior label of the box
A headphone jack-Beautiful form factor with the display curving over the sidesCon: Possibly incompatible with cellular carrier (CHECK MODEL NUMBER)-For those NOT living in the UK, the listed model number is unlocked for the UK.The description does not explicitly list the compatible region for the listed model
