Today, my first opportunity to contact Samsung support, went pretty smoothly as the device was verified as still under 1 year warranty and the tech advised me that as long as the device is not 'liquid or physically' damaged that they would repair it free of charge.

Samsung is my favorite android device and after doing much research I decided to go with this tablet

I use a blue tooth portable speaker when I want to jam so this doesn't bother me

The speakers are mediocre and you get a slight improvement by using the equalizers in either Google Play Music or the free VLC media player

the speakers on all of these devices more or less suck, get a wireless BT speaker or headphones for music

I recommend doing that, because the speakers are not loud, front facing, or good quality.
